OUR SIGNATURE 50 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT
Peachbody is our signature 50 minute full body workout - not just for your daily athlete but the average person who just wants to be healthier. With up to 8 females in a class, you benefit from world-class coaching and a well planned structured workout, but for half the cost and with way more scheduling flexibility.
The intimate size allows for the same personalized coaching you’d get with traditional one-on-one training, along with the chance to meet new friends. And since it’s cheaper (SP Memberships start at only $17/session), you can work out more often and get faster results.
How it works
We'll get your body ready by targeting the muscles and joints you'll be using throughout the workout, you don't want to miss this!
5 - 10mins
We'll explain the layout of the workout, demonstrate the exercises you'll be performing along with alternative exercises you can do instead, tell you what muscles are being targeted and answer any questions you may have.
5 - 10mins
Now you're on your own. Just kidding! We'll be walking around making sure you're performing the exercises correctly and cater to your needs. You're going to love it!
25 - 30mins
This is just as important as the warm up, you'll be cooling your heart rate back to normal, elongating your muscles to diminish muscle soreness and help you increase flexibility little by little.
