Our signature 50-minute circuit-style workout is  designed to shape and tone your body through strength training and high intensity interval training in a group of 6-8 to keep you motivated and  retain high quality.



The intimate size allows for the same personalized attention you'd get with traditional 1-on-1 training, along with the chance to meet new friends. And since it's cheaper, you can workout more often and get faster results.
