Classes | On-Demand
Morning classes will be recorded and shared daily for you to complete your workout on-demand. You’ll also be able to find a library of workouts specific for your goals for when you want to squeeze in an extra workout! 💪
The workouts will be uploaded on YouTube unlisted, meaning it is not available to the public unless you have a link to access it. In order to access the links, you’ll need to join the on-demand program in the App.

Peachbody is moving digital! You can now access a library of workouts to shape and tone your body, all in the App, at your fingertips.
No matter your goal or level of fitness, Peachbody offers a variety of workouts such as warm ups, full body circuits, lower body, upper body, booty, core strength, cardio, HIIT, low impact, stretch, beginner and more. It allows for customization to your wants & needs.
Now more than ever, Peachbody offers the flexibility for you to do your workouts in the gym, at home or anywhere, at anytime! Better yet, the program is included with your GYM membership. Current members of our old style Peachbody - small group program will switch to a semi-private training program that offers a more one-on-one training approach. Current members will also be grandfathered into the price and schedule.

We will no longer offer a free membership for online classes and all active free memberships will be cancelled by the end of the month.
We thought this would help us encourage people to try our online classes and become part of the community but it didn't work. The truth is people don't really value free stuff!
But, we're not discouraging people to stay connected! Like us on YouTube for seasonal workouts we will be sharing. :)

We organized it for quick access to nutrition plans and recipes, you can find them under the nutrition tab in categories such as drinks, breakfast, main course, salads, treats, vegan, sides & sauces!
Under programs, you'll find on-demand classes organized into a variety of different class types we teach live everyday. You'll also find Peachbody workouts categorized into Resistance & Strength Training, Bodyweight-Only & Limited Equipment, Cardio & Circuit Training, Warm-up, Cool-down & Stretching.
You'll also be able to add friends and connect with other women like you! :)
