Rachel Koladis attained her 200 hr. certification from Sacred Rivers Yoga in Glastonbury, her Yin training from Yoga with Kassandra, and plans on becoming certified in Energy Medicine Yoga in the fall.
Niina Salminen has been studying in a Sports Academy and is a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and a Fitness Instructor.
Her passion lies in overall health. Meaning not only focusing on exercising or eating well but to look at the bigger picture.
Erin Kelly received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences with a specialization in Fitness/Wellness. Have over 12+ years of experience in the fitness industry and am Certified SilverSneakers FLEX instructor.
Angela Rowell has always been active in life: she loves hiking, CrossFit, meditation, nutrition, and nature. She became a licensed nurse to learn more about the body, anatomy and nutrition.
Dawn Ennis is a Certified Integrative Wellness and Fitness Coach. She received her training and certifications from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as a Health and Wellness Coach and from International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a Personal Trainer.
Jessica Moffitt, Jess for short, is a Certified Health Education Specialist. A Portland State University Graduate, she began offering health education courses in 2016. She works both individually with clients and in group settings, offering 30 minutes of low-pressure education about various health topics such as stress management, general nutrition, meal planning, and cooking.
Viviana Verano is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist/coach, who is also studying to become an Elite Trainer and a corrective exercise specialist. Viviana started BMX racing when she was 8 years old and have done it for 14 years, from which 4 years on professional level. Her expertise is strength training, HIIT, circuit and nutrition.
Mckenzie Kutella, whose specialty is circuit and HIIT training, is currently enrolled at FSU and am planning to major in exercise physiology. She studied in London for seven months where she gained experience with many different types of fitness including circuit, weighted, and HIIT training.
Tatiana Chattoo has a passion for health and fitness. Her educational background is in injury prevention. As a 2x competitive bodybuilder, she thoroughly understands the benefits of body part specific workouts and nutrition.
